Amazing place and amazing service minded staff. We lost our wallet in a buss and the reception desk staff turn every thing to get into contact with the buss company and the next day we had our wallet. So nice and its quite in city center as well. Recommend for families! :)

Friendly staff, good hotel, everything worked, comfortable bed, good breakfast… parking was little bit confusing to find

I had The Do Not Disturb sign up in my room, and they came in without authorization after knocking and waiting 2 seconds. I complained about it in writing and they responded and it seemed like it would not happen again. But they did the exact same thing again after that, and took away the Do Not Disturb to add insult to injury. Extremely disrespectful of me and my privacy, and beyond unprofessional. They also said my room had a balcony, yet all it was is a railing about 10-14 cm estimated from the glass window, so that is deceptive advertising imo. They also only responded to about 20% estimated messages I sent to them through the hotels.com app, which was inconvenient to say the least since I had never been to Kosovo before and do not speak the language either. Giving them 2 stars was generous.

Great location. Close to everything and yet away from the main roads. The restaurant was fantastic
